A call with a recruiter, a phone interview and an onsite interview. They were generally friendly people. I would agree with few other interview experiences here, in terms of the culture being a bit old-fashioned. The interviews went good, but didn't get a clear idea of why no offer, template email notification. They had me wait for more than half hour before and after lunch because the person who supposed to take me for lunch was out sick, and I think it was going to the same person who was going to interview me after lunch. They were nice enough to book the flight ticket, hotel stay and also take care of the commute. It is more than an hour from the Philadelphia airport.
