After my initial phone interview, I was called in for a face to face interview where I was interviewed by four different people separately. Everyone was sincere and friendly. They talked with me about what they do within the company. Lutron has a great work life culture.

Interview
Great recruiter. Was very friendly. The interview was very cool definitely an a different experience. They use an interesting method to filter out the type of candidate they do not want. This was a long shot for me. I feel like the recruiter saw my potential right away to except at this type of roll…but maybe due to my nerves or the different style of interview process I messed up somewhere alone the way. Overall I think they would be a great company to work with. I love my current job so maybe it just wasn’t meant to be.

They made me choose between two different format of reading a schedule. I believe if you chose the one that’s easier to read you’re not qualified.
