The interview process was very long. I was interviewed by the plant manager, a HR representative, a current production supervisor, and two more individuals. They asked the same questions that most interviewers usually ask. Nothing out of the ordinary. If you google interview questions, you will find most of the questions that I was asked. All the interviewers were friendly and seemed to really like their jobs and the culture of the company.
