Interview
I had three different interviews and all were via video chat. The first one was with someone from corporate. We discussed a hypothetical process and various manufacturing processes. The next consisted of a technical chat and a role play scenario. The third interview consisted of chats with HR, the hiring leader and the office manager.

In the first interview, I was asked to take apart my pen and define the process for assembling the parts. I was also asked to specify how I thought the parts were made.

Interview
It is very practical, they ask real world problems not from the books. They judge on your thought process and out of the box answers. The interviews are little tricky and are very long. It is a very good experience
