I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics
Interview
I would highly recommend you don't apply here. One of the most bizarre, offensive, and wasteful interviews I have ever had the displeasure of sitting through.
First interview was a technical interview.
Second interview had a very bizarre roleplaying section. It was in the setting where it was my first day on the job, and I had to help out the company as to how I would solve the problem. The two interviewers would put on different dialects and different accents depending on who I was talking to, and were taking it rather seriously. It was rather offensive to hear them put on accents supposed to represent blue collar workers.
Third interview was absolutely abysmal. I spoke with a software engineer for an hour about how the pandemic would look in two months, which was unrelated to the position I was applying to and became unnecessarily political once he shared his true views. The worst part was that the final interviewer didn't even show up to a final part of my interview. I received a rejection two days later.
I highly advise you apply to another company. This process was bizarre, offensive, and a huge waste of time. If this is how they interview, god only knows what it is actually like working there.
