I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Boston, MA) in Apr 2020
Interview
The interview process was very low strung which made it easier to focus on the questions given. Rather than testing you it felt more like they were seeing what you knew so they could figure out where to put you in the company.
They also gave me a ton of information which allowed me to see if I would be a good fit at the company.
