Standard procedure as you speak with the recruiter, peers and hiring manager. Then you come onsite for a half day interview and they show you their products. Seeing the product display room was nice and the lighting experience was different as well.

I interviewed with the recruiter; participated in a video interview with the recruiter; was interviewed by five managers or VPs locally; completed a Caliper test; then participated in a full day of video interviews with mangers and VPs at their home office. In the end, they decided I didn’t have enough recruiting experience, which is info they could have gotten from my resume. This process took about two months and, in the end, felt like a huge waste of time and energy.
