      HR Generalist Interview

      Feb 26, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Luware (London, England) in Feb 2025

      Interview

The hiring process was extremely disappointing. After being invited to the final stage, the recruiter went silent for weeks. I never received an invite confirmation or any details on what the final stage would entail. There was no communication or transparency, leaving me in the dark about where I stood. I was then abruptly informed (via email) that the role had been offered to someone else. This experience was not only frustrating but also unprofessional. Candidates deserve basic courtesy and respect, especially after reaching the final stage. If this is how they treat prospective employees, I can only imagine what it’s like working there. I would strongly advise future applicants to manage their expectations and not rely on this company for clear or respectful communication.
