Over the past few months, I went through an extensive interview process with a company that initially reached out in late November. After completing an AI interview, a recruiter call, and a presentation assignment, I was told the role had been filled by candidates further along in the process.
One month later, the same recruiter contacted me again, saying they had new openings and that they really liked my presentation. I was invited to present it to the board, which led to a two-hour interview day that included my presentation, a leadership interview, and a management interview. I received very positive feedback throughout the process.
However, after the final interviews, communication stopped. I followed up for an update, but never received a response (I was ghosted).
While I appreciate the opportunity, experiences like this are a reminder of how important clear communication and respect for candidates’ time are throughout the hiring process. 100% would not recommend to a friend!

Nice people, but an absolutely obnoxious, and inappropriate interview process. Phone screening - web interview - homework assignment - presentation - panel interview. There is absolutely not excused to take that much of a candidates time. It’s quite pathetic that this is their hiring process.

Question 1
To complete a 8+ slide deck presentation to provide to a panel for discussion.
Started with a Phone screen with the recruiter, then an interview with about 4 managers to present a quick slides project and ask or answer questions. They rotated managers, full interview was about an hour long.
