Lynch Consultants interview questions

Very quick interview, he had to run to another call. Pretty much showed my out which made me think he didn't want to hire me. Then called me an hour later to see if I was still interested.

Interview was very informal. CEO and I were more or less feeling each other out. Asks what my end-term goals were and education. Being someone that was transitioning out of the military, he asked about challenges and experiences I gained from the service. After the phone interview, spoke to the HR rep. Processing takes weeks and considering that the majority of their projects are DOD contracts, you're usually waiting long periods of time with no progress.
