I had an initial phone screen with an HR recruiter, mostly basic stuff like "why do you want to work here", etc.. Then moved to a phone interview with the hiring manager (my boss, chief level), which would probably be via zoom or teams now, and then had a round of in-person interviews with people I'd be working with. Pretty straightforward overall.
