Initial CV submission followed by an assessment centre - at the centre you start off with a group activity then half the participants are taken away for interviews whilst the remaining are sitting a numerical and verbal reasoning test (paper based) which is basic stuff (2+2 =?) After everyone has completed the test and had an interview then you are split into teams and given a task to do.
