There really wasn't an interview process. I went in for an Orientation Class for a week & was placed in a position by the end of the week. (On the 3rd day.)

Interview
HG Staffing interviewed me at their office. There was a math test, prior employment questions, prior education questions. Debbie was very explanatory about the position and the orientation was lengthly. The interviewer was very nice, the office was very tidy and the interview filled me with much hope. She made sure to tell me to always wear my protection gloves.

Do you have prior experience in manufacturing?There was no way for this company to prepare me for the abuse of the employees and the supervisor of the department that I worked in. I was asked about my prior employment history, prior education experience, prior business experience and prior experience in working with the public.
