The recruiter reached out to me after applying. I was able to pass the initial phone screen and they said they'll reach out to me to schedule the next interview with one of the managers. I waited a couple days but never ever heard back from anyone. They ghosted me. I think it's okay if they changed their mind about my application but would've appreciated it if they informed me instead of ghosting me.
