I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MACOM (Albany, NY) in Sep 2018
Interview
I interviewed for the CO-OP/Interview position in September, 2018. The interview was 1-on-1 with 2 people, one was from HR and the second was an engineer. It seemed to go really well. Most if not all the questions were based on behavior and values. I haven't been contacted yet so I'm assuming I didn't get the offer.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at MACOM in Feb 2019
Interview
I got an email to have an interview, I was called on my phone and a technical person who I believe was the technical manager of that department talked to me.

Question 1
It was very detailed questions about the project that I had listed on my resume. It went very well in my view, I answered all the questions detailed and we had a pleasant conversation. They told me they had done something very similar to one of my projects recently. 8 hours later I got an email saying they are not gonna move forward with my application.
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your experience. We appreciate you interviewing with MACOM and apologize that more information was not provided as to why they chose to not move forward with your candidacy. It’s our intention to provide timely feedback to our applicants. We will review how we can improve in this area. Thank you
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MACOM (Lowell, MA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied through a family member that works there and was contacted about an on-site interview. The on-site interview was with the manager of the department I applied to and was mostly behavioral with a simple technical question. I was given an offer shortly after and accepted!
