I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at MACOM (Lowell, MA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Quick 10-minute call and then a face to face at the company. Face to face was very long, about 4 hours. I met with the head of the department and most of the engineers I would be working with day to day. I asked most of the questions, Not to people was able to give me the same answer, almost like they were making it up at the time or they simply did not know the answers.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MACOM (Ann Arbor, MI) in Apr 2022
Interview
Overall it is okay. The interview is not as professional as a big company, like Intel. But they never get back to you even after interviewing for two months. If you keep asking them, they would tell you they kept telling you they were close to making the final decisions.
