Interview
The interview process was very informal but structured. If selected from their top list of candidates they will schedule a phone interview. Which is about 10-15 minutes. Next step is completing an assessment. Once completed a second interview and a background check. Once the results are in a verbal offer followed by an written offer. The interview questions are tailored from your assessment so it allows you to be you and showcase your talent. If you are familiar with the work and culture it will be daily easy to relay information. If you are not it can be difficult. Good luck and you got this !

Interview
Pretty good but intense. I felt interrogated and nervous. Interview questions were short but to the point. Definitely make sure you come prepared. I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff.
