There was 50 question exam that's answerable for only 12 minutes. You have to pass the assessment first before you can proceed to the initial interview. I did not pass the assessment so there was no interview for me.

Interview
When I walked in it I was greeted by a lady with a very friendly demeanor. I was told to wait a minute while they located the person interviewing me. They even had candy for Halloween and it’s September! The man who came out was nice and had a lot of energy. He was very personable, and it flowed like a pleasant conversation with a stranger. He told me about his move up in the company and how he started from the bottom. It was extremely motivating. I’m still waiting on a call back but I hope to become apart of the team.

Solo and Panel interview. Total time from application to job offer was one month. Interview questions were average difficulty and mostly stock questions provided by HR (same as other interviews within the company).
