Interview
I applied for a frontend developer role. Smart people at Maersk scheduled a backend interview for me without informing me at all. I was asked Java based questions and followed up to ask why I had to take a backend interview, they told me they want full stack developers. Waste of time.

Interview
The recruitment process was a mess. Recruiter expects you to be available for call and doesn’t know how to plan. When I said I was on vacation she called me anyway and I agreed to plan a call but then I recieved a rejection letter instead. Apparently being on vacation is too much for them to handle.
