I had to go thru 4 interviews.
First with Human Resources about the general process
Second one was 1:1 telephonic interview with HM
Third one was Panel Face to Face interview ( HR, HM and Team)
Fourth one was 1:1 with two diff cross Business team Managers .
HM and HR People were really knowledgeable and knew exactly what they want.

Online/ F2F interview - Technical + HR discussion. IOT, Digitization work was discussed due to profile requirement. Technical focus in more on the sector to be interviewed for. Personality, behavior analysis etc in HR discussion.

Interview
It was a good process that was thorough, conversational and friendly. I first had a brief, phone interview and then a face to face with HR, the hiring manager and a potential team member. It was about 1.5 hours.
