Three different people were there; only 2 of them asked questions, and the other just watched and listened. The two who questioned me were very kind and attentive. They are a small company and were looking for a student who they could provide with class credits instead of an actual salary.

Its an easy and straightforward interview process. They ask fair questions about your qualifications and what they expect from you during the internship period. Usually its two full time associates on the call for the interview which helps you get to know the staff better.
