Literally, If you can read you'll get the job. The turnover rate is so high they are taking any and everybody as long as you can read. It's a group interview so you can play off other people. Don't be nervous just read the sheet and get the job

I went in person to fill out the application, along with a copy of my updated resume. I read from the script, which wasn't that bad. And I was hired right there on the spot. I had to report for training first before they put me on the phone.
