Was referred by an company employee and contacted months later to conduct a video interview with HR. Something wasn't right about being contacted much later but I went along. Interview seemed to go fine and a plan was discussed to have an in-person interview during the following week. However several delayed responses to followups were followed by some emails back and forth about having to postpone the interview due to being busy with others. Eventually was completely ghosted with no explanation, despite numerous follow-ups... Not a great look.
