Had an initial 30-minute telephone interview which I passed and then progressed onto the virtual interview, this took 1 hour and was very intense. Throughout the process great emphasis is placed on the MBDA values so a tip would be to make sure you are fully aware of these. A face-to-face interview at head office was the final stage in the interview process.

Two interview process. Friendly open questions giving great opportunities to show experience. Second interview for line management. Lots of skill set questions giving examples of experience. Good chance to ask more about the role and team you would work with.
