I applied through the company website. The salary was less than I'm currently on but I thought I'd get to develop a lot of my skills. I had a hr phone call and then 2 weeks later I had an online interview with 2 people. I was sent over 10 questions to prepare by the HR woman a few days before. The interview was quite intense but I felt I handled it well . I was asked to name a small business that I admire and what they're doing well at. I named a small business and described their online social media presence and their expansion into new markets/supermarkets over the past few years. I was then told that they put up a stupid tweet a few months ago and had quickly taken it down. I didn't know this and explained that I hadn't heard of it and to be honest I felt this was the reason I didn't get the job as the interviewer started explaining it and how it was bad for PR and that people had been talking about it yet they apparently took it down within a few hours.
