Answered online job posting. A week and a half later got a call to interview. Interviewer (department manager) was 15 minutes late. Receptionist was rude. Interviewer made very little eye contact and read questions off of a sheet of paper. No follow up questions to previous answers were asked. Interview lasted less than 30 minutes. Did not receive and follow up for 2 weeks. Called interviewer back asking for status update (had other job offers on the table). Was told to come back for second interview in a week. Second interview was with owner of company and a few others. Owner was very nice and was engaged with me. Asked relevant follow up questions. Heard nothing for another week. Called in again to inquire about status. Was offered the job for a shift I had already told them I was not willing to work (Sundays).
