Interview
First, you meet with hiring managers to discuss skill set. If you are selected to go to the next round, you then go through a culture fit interview. Both are in-person interviews at the US HQ, which is across from Watters Creek.
Multiple rounds of interviews for the role. Friendly and questions were fair. Wouldn’t say it required a ton of preparation to be ready for the interview but doing some was helpful for the questions
1. Phone with a recruiter
2. Team lead via teams
3. Manager via teams
Offer negotiation afterwards . Is more than a year ago and can have changed by now.
