Two tests (One excel and one personality)
The excel is split into 4 sub tests
- Excel test
-Pivot table test (Really Technical with a lot of datasets)
-Case based scenario
- Riddle
Very straightforward and thorough process. HR Generalist is easy to work with. Process is fast and easy to understand. Usually a phone screen then in person interview with partner. Questions are about experience and career aspirations.

Interview
It was simple, you only have to do one interview after you talked to HR. You will interview with Partner, Manger and Senior accountant. All this was done under two hours
