Interview
Chinese is interviewer. Introduce yourself to them. Their questions. "have you published paper with mdpi? How was your experience?" If pass the interview. You need to practice how to find reviewers.
It was easy first round interview, general , asked about work from office, study status, visa status, why do you want to work in mdpi, when do you finish your studies,
It was smooth about 30 minutes I was asked personal questions and I was asked about my role in the position . They gave me the name of four journals and arrange them according to my interest and they asked me about my experience with office work

The interview process was straightforward. Started with an editing assessment and then invited to interview in person. The interview was in front of a panel of HR and team members, include the team lead.
