Interview
It was overall a simple interview process. You have to have fundraising and/or telemarketing experience to WFH. They want you to read a script aloud to ensure reading abilities. They want you questions were focused on past experiences and what your goals are moving forward. I enjoyed my interview and accepted a position.

Question 1
Do you have telemarketing and/or fundraising experiencing?
Very easy. Teams call. Have to be on video for the remote interview. The recruiters are very friendly and ask great questions. Takes about half an hour. Follow up is great.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MDS Communications (Mesa, AZ) in Feb 2015
Interview
Long and dreadful. The group interview showed a desperate plea for new employees, as this company follows a revolving door policy. Hire, hire, hire, fire, fire, fire. Or many people quit. Taken through a tour of the building, asked to demonstrate one practice call on the phone, and then released and told we will be receiving call backs within the next 1-3 days. I was called the next day.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They didn't ask many questions. The first interview is on the phone, and most people don't know that when they call to set up a second interview. They ask generic questions and listen to how well you communicate on the phone.
