I had a video interview with a recruiter and was moved to the next step where I had a video interview with the hiring manager. I was told they were interviewing more candidates and that I'd hear back one way or another within a week. I reached out to the recruiter at the one week mark and never got a response. I reached out again at two weeks AND three weeks and never got a response. It has now been 3 months since I interviewed with this team and have not heard a single thing, not even a measly rejection email. I know they use a third party recruiter, but this was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this company based on the lack of professionalism they showed throughout this process.
