First interview with human resources. Very general questions as well as information about company. Then interview with manager and supervisor. Same type of questions...i.e. how do you work as a team?

The HR rep calls and sets up interview, you go and meet with the senior director and interview with them, then interview with the supervisor and director possibly. What a waste of time however because this department which is marketplace and those elected to head it are god awful and inept. They're a joke and a disgrace
