Group of 2 one senior and one junior was in the interview. Very poorly prepared questions in comparison to the JD given. JD mentioned about Regulatory Report, Stkaeholder Mgmt, BI process, Data understanding , Cloud etc. But when i reached on the interviewn day, where as Hiring Manager was asking about process and big questions , Junior wa more concerned to types of filter, context, data connector and all types of very minute level detals which is not expected when your JD talks about Stake holder and Regulatory reports etc. Very poorly designed interview process especially the questions asked were not in sync with the JD provided
