MEDIA HQ interview questions

First round interview with the Operations Manager, followed by panel interview with the PM including a project presentation. This was followed by a 48 hour design challenge. This was followed by psychometric and IQ tests . The next step was to prepare to walkthrough your design challenge in another interview with the CEO and to present the presentation again. Followed by yet another design challenge. This was not the end of the process. Beyond ridiculous for a barely paid intern position and complete lack of transparency throughout the process.

I had a call planned with the team but had to cancel last minute and they were very hospitable towards this and completely understood my position and that I needed to do what was best for myself .
