HR random phone call to screen, 1x1 video interview with hiring manager, 4 hours of personality tests and aptitude testing, video interview with 2 other managers. The process was decently fast but the interviews were extremely impersonal and the length of the required assessments is just absurd. Sure many companies require a personality assessment but they send you 7 which they indicate will take 4-5 hours to complete. After completing their entire interview process all you get is an email saying you won't be moving forward in the process and no feedback even after being asked. I'd recommend people be wary of all the negative reviews on here before committing so much time to a company that doesn't respond to thank you emails or give any feedback to final round candidates.
