First phone interview, followed by a face to face interview with HR. This was followed by a skill test. Then there was a group session in front of a committee of 5-6 people from HR and business functions, followed by a debrief session, a presentation and another interview with the whole audience. Once passed, there was another interview in the country with a C-level. Finally, there was a final international assessment in the company HO with other candidates from other countries. The assessment lasted the whole day with multiple sessions.
