There were five interviews in total over the period of two weeks: with direct boss, his boss (Deputy CEO), CEO, HR and Security Dept. The interviews were competence and motivation based, no business cases. They separately tested my foreign languages skills listed in my CV. First round interviews were the longest ones - up to 1.5 hours, HR interview was rather short and more of an "adequacy check" to tick all boxes, so there was no digging deep.
