Application I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. First, technical phone screening and then on-site interview. Interview The first interview was about 30 minutes, and basically, I introduced myself and the manager asked me some questions about my technical skills. The same day of the phone interview, I was invited to interview on site. The on-site interview took about 3 hours. Each person met me one by one and asked the questions about their working subject. Ask some basic technical problems that can be answered in a couple of minutes. After on-site interview they give their decision on same week with brief feedback.
