I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union
Interview
VERY standard and basic questions. Mainly just going over the job duties, hours, etc. Some behavioral questions. "Where would you like to be in 5 years?" - Taking your job and asking better questions. In all seriousness.. some extra effort can be put forth into the interview process. For full disclosure there were red flags but I was so disappointed in my previous employer at the time I just wanted a fresh start.
