first was a brief phone interview. second was an in person interview with the recruiting manager in hr. Very nice lady but was in an office with HR next door

Are you able to get your PMP certification? (apparently, they push for this hardcore but once you receive that certification, they don't compensate you for it and use it as a selling point to bill the client more)

Interview
Till now I had given over 5 interviews with different people including Business Head, Recruiter, another PMA, Project Manager and Head of Office. This has lasted over 7 months. Embarrassing that you have to go all this way down. Not worth it.
