The whole process took a month-ish 1phase: It was a phone screen interview for 15min. 2phase: It was a recruiting event where you got to ask questions to other employees and you have a 15min one-on-one interview. This phase was more about soft skills+introduced yourself 3phase: 1h interview with a business manager focusing on your past experiences and a small business case (analyze a couple of graphs).
