I applied online. I interviewed at MINT dentistry (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
10 min phone interview, 10 min on site interview, NO compensation. Good luck anybody interviewing this one because this office is too cheap to compensate for traveling dentist. I flew out with 1 layover, and mint dentistry was not compensating for on-site interview. haha. I feel ripped off, because once I got there, they made me wait for 20 min, and the manager didn't even bother to come down until I said I gotta go because of my background check. It was legit 10min some useless interview. VERY disappointed. Will not recommend this to anybody. Good luck ya'll for working at a practice where you are considered as just a replacement worker, and you are treated far below ideal.
Interview process is thorough and explanatory. Usually done in 2 or 3 parts. Questions are welcome and encouraged! Enjoyed speaking with everyone and loved the office tour. Also, company info posted online and on YouTube. You have access to learning more about the MINT culture prior to interviewing.

Phone interview with recruiter, then set up a paid working interview on site with a senior doctor. The working interview showed the procedures and supplies used in all the offices. The interviewer answered questions and was very honest and knowledgeable
