Process took about a week I applied online then got an email saying they wanted me to come in. I spoke with two ladies who were very knowledgeable and kind. I went in for an interview at the beginning of the month and never heard back.

Interview
Applied on their website, received email about a week later inviting me for a Zoom interview with the Business Development Lead and Business Operations Manager. I asked about growth potential and their training process, they did not seem to have very solid answers. They explained the tasks involved with the job and it seemed very mundane to me and felt as though there was little room for professional development. At the end, I was disappointed and not motivated to join their team. Was told that I would receive a response the following week but never did. Very nice people and easy interview but the company came off as disorganized and not very well structured to me.
