Very smooth, I was able to do very well during this process, it was stress-free with thought-provoking questions. I received emails and set up a time to meet. The interviewer was very nice.

Interview
After reviewing my application (cover letter and resume), the hiring manager decided I could be a good fit for the position and set up an interview via telephone since I was studying abroad at the time. The person who interviewed me seemed to be more nervous than I was for the interview and I ended up talking more/asking more questions than him.

Interview
It was very laid back, mostly just talked the through some of my experiences. Just basic stuff you tend to get with interviews...can you tell me about past successes, what you did in Situation A/B/C, etc. Nothing too intimidating and everyone there is pretty nice even if it does tend to be a little quiet sometimes.
