Was left to get on with a live project and an hour later was offered the job without going through any of my work. Looking back I should have walked away from the company and not have accepted the offer

Wasn't interviewed, was invited in (after emailing the boss twice before getting a reply) did a trial day where i was left to get on with a project that hadn't started yet.
