I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MMS in May 2013
Interview
Alerted by a former classmate, I emailed the site manager and submitted my resume. I was called back for an interview. Upon arrival, I had an informal meeting with site manager and PM manager, talked about my time in college and what my future plans were. Received a job offer and the rest is history.

Question 1
Despite my experience as a math and engineering tutor in college, they repeatedly posed questions about my time as a student lounge supervisor. A few times in, drawing me off my discussion about tutoring, I had to rather forcefully tell them I was essentially a babysitter and take the topic back to tutoring.
