Questions about my qualifications, interests. Various questions about my skills and my knowledge. Then it was basically a conversation to know each other (the partner and myself). Then questions about what are my aspirations as a Co-op student and where do I see my career and the future.

Interview
The invite came via email and was scheduled within a week. It was an online process with the interview conducted via Microsoft Teams. The interview was conducted by HR & a manager. Pretty straightforward and organized experience.
Had several calls with current employees of varying levels of seniority. It was a relatively informal process and all of the people I spoke to were very kind and accommodating.
