Applied via linked-in. Got a call after three weeks for Culture-Fit interview. It was a normal culture fit interview, introductions and tell us how you use or incorporate AI in you development work flow, then follow-up questions around that.

Never heard from the again since the culture fit interview.

Interview
It was a very straightforward process, I enjoyed chatting to the guys and we really gelled well. There were 2 stages, 1 was the technical interview and the other was the culture fit interview.
