First interview was scheduled a month after applying and second interview was scheduled a week after the first interview. The first interview was very casual and the second required presenting a written sample of work. However, this position was listed as remote as long as employee lives in Michigan. During second interview, it was revealed they expected this to be a hybrid position based in Lansing. One person on the panel began talking about “return to office” during the interview.
