I applied through LinkedIn and was required to complete a video interview as the first step. After that, I was invited to come in for an onsite assessment, which I was a bit skeptical about.
The office is in Houghton, and there were several other candidates there for different roles and assessments. The security said they have a lot of interviews daily. We had an informal group-style introduction where they explained the work hours, client structures, and how different roles are set up.
The assessment itself focused on basic maths, English, and a typing speed test — honestly, this could easily have been done remotely at home. If your results were good, you then had a short informal screening interview where they asked about your experience, but they didn’t go into much detail about the specific client or role.
Overall, the process felt organised but slightly inefficient due to the onsite assessment for tasks that could have been done online. The interview style was informal and relaxed, but I would have appreciated more transparency about the client and role specifics earlier in the process.
